- Due Diligence and Business Valuations – We can agree the extent of any legal, financial and environmental due diligences that need to be carried out to expose any problems or potential problems that can be addressed in price negotiations. Financial due diligence may be extended to include a valuation of the business. Environmental due diligence has also become an essential component of acquisitions and many property transactions as more than before there is a real risk of assuming environmental liabilities.
- Handling of the sale and purchase agreements for you by using the most appropriate lawyers with whom we have business partnerships.
- Business Structure – Assistance with company formations, tax registrations and accounting issues as well as advising on the tax structure of the acquisition.
- Government Incentives – Assistance with obtaining government incentives for investing in the manufacturing industry or business support and technology centres.
