ENVIROS offers development of feasibility studies, business plans, financial analyses, financial plans and also analyses on financing sources, preparation of energy saving projects, utilisation of renewable and secondary energy sources and climate protection projects. The company is a member of the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) Working Group of the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and one of only 4 companies, which are hired by CSOB (Czechoslovakian Commercial Bank) to assess quality of energy saving projects submitted by this bank.
Among the most important projects, mentioned in the paragraph above, we can consider particularly SAVE – BEEP, the project supported by SAVE Programme, where, for a selected energy saving project, we elaborated a business and financial plan and searched for those financial institutions, including Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), which were willing to release their own sources by means of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) or Energy Contracting (EC). Examples of further projects can be: Ex-ante evaluation of Operation Programme for Industry and Business in the part of energy savings and renewable energy sources or lectures on financing of energy saving projects in the state and municipal sector, including Private – Public Partnerships (PPP), project EMPRESS (Energy Management & Performance Related Energy Saving Scheme) – Czech Energy Management Centre, where a system of energy management introduced in a company is paid off by ESCOs from energy savings. The other projects dealt with an analysis of a potential of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) in the Czech Republic and the project SAVE – CHP ESCOs, which addressed EPC and EC services and their utilisation in the public sector. Within the project Pro Sustainable Energy Ireland, which is currently in progress, we analyse a potential for utilisation of ESCO services in Ireland and publish information on this sector in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
Consultancy in the field of Financial Planning
ENVIROS provides support with selection of the most appropriate method of financing. The product is aimed especially at gaining domestic subsidies and financial resources from structural funds. The target area concerns particularly energy saving projects, environmental measures, capital construction of installations for heat and power supplies, technology installations for utilisation of renewable and alternative energy sources and projects relating to energy crop production.
Market Research and Analysis
ENVIROS realises researches and analyses in the field of energy, gas industry, transport and oil refining, transport and distribution of oil products, utilisation of renewable energy sources (particularly wind energy and biomass), technology for utilisation of renewable energy sources and technology for combined heat/power generation.
