About this service
Who is subject to perform an energy audit?
1. The obligation to perform an energy audit results from Act 406/2000 Coll. on Energy Management for each entity exceeding the energy consumption set by law specified in the implementing Decree 480/2012 Coll.:
- 1 500 GJ of the total annual energy consumption for the state administration, regions, municipalities and contributory organizations
- 35 000 GJ of the total annual energy consumption for natural and legal persons
- 700 GJ of the total annual energy consumption for buildings and premises with separate energy supply
2. The obligation to perform an energy audit results also for the enterprise that is not a small or medium-sized enterprise (the definition of a small or small-sized enterprise is governed by Recommendation 2003/361/EC), je povinen zpracovat pro jím užívané nebo
3. An energy audit in accordance with Act 406/2000 Coll. must be performed onward at least once in 4 years on a regular basis.
This service includes
- We will identify and evaluate the condition of your energy management or selected units
- We will assess your energy management both from economic and environmental point of view (our specialists have measurement equipment for a detailed evaluation of benefits – an objective quantification)
- We will design energy saving measures including technical feasibility and risk assessment
- We will draw up a set of recommended measures – the basis for your strategic decision making
- We will evaluate financing possibilities including drawing grants for the measure implementation:
- We will prove the benefits achieved in the context of grants
- We will ensure for you meeting legislative requirements
- We will quantify evaluating criteria in the context of the recommended grant programs and also set an expected amount of the grant (including the probability of profit)
- We will present outputs and recommendations of each energy audit for you.
ENVIROS has been performing energy audits since 1994. An energy audit may be carried out solely by energy specialists possessing the Certificate of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
