As part of the HERCULES-CE project, a key working meeting was held on March 11, 2026, at the Stěžery Municipal Office with representatives of local municipalities, ENVIROS, and Hradecký venkov.
The meeting focused on finalizing preparations for the establishment of the Hradecký venkov Energy Cooperative. Participants discussed the draft bylaws, the cooperative’s membership structure, the rights and obligations of its members, and other administrative steps necessary for the cooperative’s establishment.
On behalf of ENVIROS, Pavel Skalník presented economic models for the operation of the energy cooperative, opportunities for the involvement of both energy producers and consumers, and further steps leading to the registration of the cooperative and the launch of energy sharing in the Hradec Region.
