Teplárna Liberec’s GreenNet II and GreenNet III projects have reached a significant milestone. Both projects have been completed, and their grant settlements have also been successfully finalized. ENVIROS managed the projects’ grant administration from the preparation of the applications in 2023 through their final settlement.

The modernization of Teplárna Liberec’s distribution system contributes to a more efficient and cost-effective heat supply for the city. The implemented measures result in primary energy savings of 155,204 GJ per year and a reduction in CO₂ emissions of 5,815 metric tons per year, or 65.6%.

Support totaling nearly 465 million CZK was obtained from the National Recovery Plan for the implementation of the GreenNet II and GreenNet III projects.

ENVIROS guided both projects through the entire grant process—from preparing the grant applications in 2023, through the implementation period, to the final settlement.

Given the scale of the investments and the changes that had to be addressed during implementation, it was important to continuously align the technical, construction, and financial aspects of the projects with the requirements of the grant program.

The result is compliance with the grant provider’s conditions and the full disbursement of the awarded funding without any reductions, totaling nearly 465 million CZK.

Our work on these projects does not end with the completion of implementation and the settlement of the grant. ENVIROS will also ensure the grant sustainability of the projects for Teplárna Liberec until 2031.
