On August 31 and September 1, 2026, ENVIROS, s.r.o. in Prague, the partners of the HERCULES-CE project for a two-day event focused on discussion, knowledge sharing, and joint planning as the project nears its conclusion.
The main topic of the meeting was the progress made through the HERCULES-CE project’s pilot activities. Partners shared their latest experiences, discussed the challenges they encountered during the project, and exchanged practical solutions. These insights were also incorporated into the draft project guidelines for establishing and developing renewable energy communities (RECs).
On the second day, the partners focused on next steps, discussed the remaining project activities, and explored how the experiences and solutions developed within the HERCULES-CE project can be transferred, scaled up, and applied beyond the pilot regions. The program also included a meeting of the project’s steering committee.
The Prague meeting was a valuable opportunity to bring together experiences from across Central Europe and to transform insights from individual pilot projects into knowledge that can support future energy communities.
ENVIROS was pleased to welcome the HERCULES-CE project partners to Prague and looks forward to continuing the collaboration during the final phases of the project.
