How can sustainability be translated from legislative requirements into everyday business practice? The new accredited certification course “Sustainability Manager,” developed in collaboration between addconsulting and ENVIROS, addresses precisely this question.
addconsulting holds accreditation for the program under the National Qualifications Framework (NSK) and serves as the course organizer. ENVIROS acts as the program’s expert guarantor, is responsible for its design and content, and provides a significant portion of the instruction through its experts.
Comprehensive Training for Sustainability Managers
The course addresses the growing need for experts who can integrate ESG requirements, legislation, strategic management, and the practical implementation of sustainability within companies.
Participants complete 150 hours of online instruction divided into 15 thematic modules covering topics such as:
- ESG and European and Czech legislation,
- climate risks and the energy transition,
- decarbonization and the low-carbon economy,
- carbon footprint and the circular economy,
- biodiversity,
- ESG strategy and sustainable finance,
- sustainability reporting,
- stakeholder mapping and double materiality,
- ESG communication and preventing greenwashing,
- well-being, diversity, and corporate culture.
The program also includes case studies, real-world business experiences, and an optional field trip to the Rückl (WIKOV Group) manufacturing plant.

ENVIROS brings more than 30 years of experience in the fields of energy, ESG, climate protection, decarbonization, the circular economy, and sustainable development to the program.
The program is taught by a team of ENVIROS consultants alongside a number of guest experts from leading Czech companies, academia, and the public sector. As a result, participants gain not only theoretical knowledge but, above all, practical experience in implementing sustainability within organizations.
Accreditation under the National Qualifications Framework
The course is an accredited qualification program under the National Qualifications Framework (NSK) and prepares participants for the professional qualification of Sustainability Manager.
Classes are held entirely online, and all participants will have access to recordings of individual lessons.
