ENVIROS conducted an independent energy efficiency assessment of the Archi Horizon residential project in Tbilisi, Georgia. The assessment confirmed that the project achieves above-standard performance and already exceeds the energy certification requirements that will take effect in Georgia in 2027.

The results confirm that a high-quality building envelope design contributes to lower energy consumption, greater living comfort, and lower operating costs for future residents.

Our collaboration with the development company Archi, one of the leaders in the Georgian real estate market, does not end here. We have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at further developing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions in other residential projects.
